Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 working days.

During peak seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days depending on the courier.

UK Shipping

We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.

Refund & Returns Policy

At Cricket Flow, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day returns policy on most unused items.

1. 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be

Unused and in original condition

Returned with original packaging, tags and labels

Not personalised or custom-made

2. Your Legal Right to Cancel (14 Days)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

If you cancel within 14 days, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our 30-day policy.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Custom or personalised products

Clearance items

Used cricket bats or protective gear

Items damaged through misuse

4. Faulty or Defective Items

If your item is faulty:

Contact us within 14 days of discovering the issue

Provide your order number and photos

If confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will:

Repair, replace, or refund the item

Cover reasonable return shipping costs

Normal wear and tear, improper knocking-in, toe damage, or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

We recommend tracked delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days

If you paid with Klarna:

Klarna will adjust your payment schedule accordingly

Any installments will be updated directly through Klarna
